The area around the apartment is quiet, with close proximity to Plaza Major and McArthurGlen Designer Outlet and less than 5 minutes from Malaga airport. And just a two-minute walk from Los Alamos train station, which quickly takes you to Malaga airport, the city of Malaga, Torremolins, Fuengirola and Benalmádena. Nearby you will also find supermarkets, restaurants, beachfront meeting places and much more. In the building there is also a communal pool. There is also private parking in the garage. When you walk through the door, you are greeted by a brand new apartment with an open space between the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more. Here you also have a breakfast bar. In the living room you have a large smart TV. Outside, on the balcony, there's a dining room with afternoon sun. The bedroom has a large, comfortable double bed and its cozy balcony with chairs.
