This bright 40 m² accommodation is designed for 2 people and is located in a very well-connected area, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and green spaces, which allows you to enjoy the destination without the need for long journeys. Additionally, Torremolinos Beach is just 1 km away, perfect for taking advantage of the Costa del Sol climate.

Located on a ninth floor with lift, the studio offers pleasant sea views and a modern and functional environment. It has air conditioning and heating throughout the accommodation, wifi connection, television and a terrace where you can relax after a day at the beach or on excursions.

The independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, also has a washing machine, offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay both on short getaways and on longer stays.

The urbanisation has a communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during the summer months. Normally the pool is open from mid-June to mid-September, although its availability always depends on the rules and dates established by the owners' community.

For sports enthusiasts, just 850 metres away is the Miguel Ángel Jiménez Golf School, as well as the La Colina Pádel facilities, where you can enjoy padel courts during your stay.

The accommodation provides parking available for stays longer than a week, it being necessary to provide the vehicle registration number in advance before arrival in order to manage it with the community.

Take note that pets are not accepted and that its proximity to public transport, train station and Málaga airport greatly facilitates travel. Located just a few minutes from the centre of Torremolinos, the Aqualand water park, Málaga airport and with easy access to Málaga capital or Fuengirola, this studio is an excellent option to enjoy the Costa del Sol with comfort and good connections. 🏖️✨
