Outside, there is a large shared chlorine pool measuring 19 x 8 metres and a constant depth of 2.20m. The area is surrounded by lawns providing a relaxing and spacious environment to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a small football pitch for the more adventurous players.

The flat is located on the first floor with lift access and the bright living/dining room welcomes you. It is equipped with air conditioning and Smart TV. The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it's time to sleep you will find two bedrooms, both with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with a baby.

Attractions such as La Batería Park and the Molino de Inca Botanical Gardens are also worth a visit.

The swimming pool is open from 1 June to 30 September from 10:00h to 21:00h.
