We offer for rent a cozy, bright apartment with two bedrooms in a new building within walking distance of the sea and La Mata beach. The 56 m2 apartment consists of a salon, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is a small yard for drying clothes. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a dishwasher), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish television. The apartment is designed for 4 people. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! The area has a well-developed infrastructure. To the sea and the beach of La Mata about 300 meters. The nearest supermarket is about 350 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants along the coast.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
