Apartment in Torrevieja with balcony and pool, near the beach

The 50 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an independent kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It has all the necessary furniture and appliances, including a coffee maker, dishes, bedding and towels. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, wireless Internet, TV with SMART TV function. The house has a swimming pool. The house is very well located. Within walking distance there are many bars and restaurants, the supermarket "Consum" at 500 meters, a bank branch at 400 meters, 24-hour shop "Kalinka" at 250 meters and a pharmacy at 350 meters. Del Cura beach is about 800 meters away. They can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people (without animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony! It can be rented together with a cot and a high chair that costs 20 euros per stay.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
