For rent apartment on the first line of the sea near the city of Torrevieja and the Blue Flag Beaches of Los Locos. The apartment is 61 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, French-style kitchen and a balcony. The apartment has everything for living and recreation including furniture, appliances, dishes, bedding and towels. Air conditioning is centrally piped throughout the property. Spanish TV is available (2 TV sets). The apartment has the use of a communal swimming pool. The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people (no pets allowed). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace! The beach and city centre is literally across the street and it is near to many bars and restaurants. The local bus station of Torrevieja is also a short walk away.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
