We offer for tourist rental a two-bedroom apartment in the Aldea Del Mar urbanisation with swimming pools and green recreational area. The flat has an area of 72 m2 and consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and a large terrace. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay: furniture, appliances (including coffee maker), crockery, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless internet. The urbanisation has a lovely green area with swimming pool. Pool access IS PAYABLE. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The Consum supermarket is 250 metres away. The nearest bar is just 150 metres away and there are many other restaurants nearby. The sea and the popular Los Locos beach are 300 metres away. Accommodation option: up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace!
The check-in process is from 15:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 on Saturdays. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. Check-out or check-in outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and holidays has an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
