We offer an apartment for tourist rental within walking distance from the sea and Acequion beach. The apartment has an area of 57 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a dishwasher), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon and in bedroom. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The house has a swimming pool, divided into adult and children's areas. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The supermarket “DIALPRIX” is 350 meters away, the nearest restaurant is 250 meters away. There is a green park 60 meters from the house. The sea and Acequion beach are just 400 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 5 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
