The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room is air conditioned. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The house has a large swimming pool, divided into adult and children's areas. The popular city park "Garden of Nations" is only 100 meters away! The area has well-developed infrastructure. The supermarket "DIAL PRIX" is 300 meters away. The nearest restaurant is practically next to the entrance. The sea and Acequión beach are about 1 km away. Accommodation option - up to 5 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! For violation of the rules - a fine of 200 euros!
Check-in to the property from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
