We offer for rent a spacious and bright three-bedroom apartment in the new modern residential complex \'Residencial Alegría VII\' with a sauna and swimming pool near the beach. The 106 [hidden] apartment consists of a living room, three bedrooms, an American kitchen and two bathrooms. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing stay: furniture, modern appliances (including a dishwasher), dishes, bedding and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish television. The building has a Finnish sauna and a swimming pool. Sauna services are charged separately. The Del Cura beach is less than 90 meters away. Very convenient location, Consum supermarket is 300 meters away, Masymas is 400 meters away, bars and restaurants are 100 meters away. The nearest bank is 250 meters away. There is a 24-hour pharmacy on the upper street. Accommodation for up to 6 people (no pets!). Smoking is prohibited!
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday. Check-out time is from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Check-in or check-out outside of office hours, on Sundays, holidays and public holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros is charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Sunday - day off. A deposit of 200 euros is charged upon check-in.
