The total area of the said apartment is 75m2, consisting of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a glazed terrace with side views of the sea and a large balcony. There is everything necessary for life: furniture, household appliances, bedding and towels, kitchen utensils, air conditioning. There is Spanish and Russian TV, Wi-Fi. There is access to the roof (solarium) where you can sunbathe and dry clothes. The Los Locos beach is only 20 metres away! The area is well developed: cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a pharmacy just a step away. Option with capacity for 6 people (pets not allowed!). Smoking only on the balcony.
The check-in process is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Check-out is from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Check-in or check-out outside of office hours, on Sundays, weekends and holidays incurs an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am-3:00 pm, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
