Spacious penthouse with a large terrace in the centre of Torrevieja. It is spread out over 65 m2 and consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a nice terrace which can be used as a solarium and a place for the whole family to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine. The apartment sleeps up to 5 people. It is equipped with furniture, linen, dishes, appliances, fan, TV, air conditioning. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops, a pharmacy, supermarket, bus stop and much more local amenities . The blue flag beach of Del Cura beach is only 200 meters away. The location of the apartment gives you the benefit to take a walk through the traditional city streets complete with its tapas bars, cafes, many restaurants and marinas.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
