Studio for rent in very popular area. It is spread out over 27 m2 and consists of a salon, a bathroom and a glazed terrace. It sleeps up to 2 people. No pets are allowed. It is equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. Russian and Spanish TV is also available. Nearby are many cafes, tapas bars, supermarket and much more local ammeneties. It is less than a 10 min walk to the blue flag beaches of Del Cura and Los Locos. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
