The apartment is spread out over 43 m2 and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. It is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels. It benefits from air conditioning in the living room. Spanish television is available. There is a private parking space in the underground garage of the complex. The private balcony is large and is furnished. There are many bars, shop, eateries, supermarkets all with in walking distance in the surrounding area. The "Parque de las Naciones" with fountains and a wonderful playground is about 100 meters away. The "Los Naufragos" beach is approximately 900 meters away. It sleeps up to 3 people. No pets allowed and smoking is only allowed on the balcony. The rent of a cot and a high chair can be offered for 20 euros for the entire stay.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
