This one bedroom apartment is located is a very popular area of Torrevieja. It is spread out over 47 m2 and consists of a salon, bedroom, bathroom, an open kitchen and a terrace with outdoor furniture. It is equipped with new furniture, appliances, dishes, linens and towels, also beach accessories are available to use. The salon is equipped with air conditioning. There is Spanish TV available. No pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed in the apartment. It sleeps up to 4 people. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, supermarket and many more local amenities. The central bus station of Torrevieja is approximately a 10-15 minutes walkaway.
There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
