It is spread out over 70 m2 and consists of a spacious hall, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, terrace and a garden with outside furniture. It is equipped with new furniture, electric appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. It also has air conditioning. Spanish television is available. There is a private parking place for the car inside the complex. It sleeps up to 4 people. Not pets are allowed. The beach is approximately a 15 min walk and there are many local amenities all in walking [hidden] air conditioning is only in the living room, but it's enough for all the apartments.
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
