We offer for rent a bungalow in an urbanization with a swimming pool in the area of Aguas Nuevas close to La Mata beach. The apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and is 59 sqms. in total. There is a small patio with summer furniture. The apartment has everything necessary for comfortable living: furniture, appliances (including coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels, Spanish television and air-conditioning. It is very well located close to a large Mercadona supermarket which is about 200 meters away. There are many bars and cafes nearby. To the seafront is about 650 meters and its about 950 meters to the beautiful La Mata beach. Accommodation option is for up to 4 people (no pets). It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
