It has Spanish television and internet. There is a parking space in the underground garage. The complex offers a communal pool and sauna. Sauna services are charged separately. The building is located 200 metres from the popular Los Locos beach and promenade, along which there are many bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop nearby. The Consum supermarket is about 800 metres away. Accommodation option: up to 4 people (no pets allowed). Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment!

The check-in process is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday to Friday and from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. Check-out is from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Check-in or check-out outside of office hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays incurs an additional charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Sunday - closed. A 200 euro security deposit is required upon check-in.
