The 71 m2 apartment consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, 2 shower bathrooms and a balcony. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, tableware, sheets and towels. Central air conditioning. Wireless internet connection. Spanish television. Parking space available. The building has a swimming pool, children's playground and Finnish sauna. Sauna services are charged separately. The new building is located in the city centre in a well-developed area. Within a 250-metre radius there are many bars and restaurants, the SPAR and DIA supermarkets are 200 metres away, and the nearest bank is 300 metres away. The Acequion beach is 700 metres away, and the Cura beach is just over a kilometre away. Accommodation option: up to 6 people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The check-in process is from 3pm to 7pm Monday to Friday and from 2pm to 3pm on Saturdays. Check-out is from 9am to 11am. Check-in or check-out outside of office hours, on Sundays, weekends and public holidays incurs an additional charge of £20. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 7pm, Saturdays 10am-3pm, Sunday - closed. A £200 security deposit is payable upon check-in.
