We offer for rent an apartment with two bedrooms in La Mata within walking distance from the sea and the beach. The 76 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an american kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The terrace has outdoor furniture. Underground parking space available. The residence in which the apartments are located has a large private territory and a huge swimming pool. Only 300 meters to the sea and the beach! The closest “Carrefou-Express” store is 100 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within a 200 meter radius. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
