We offer for rent an apartment with three bedrooms in a new modern complex "Residencial Alegría VII" with a sauna and a heated swimming pool within walking distance from the sea and the beach! The 113 m2 apartment consists of a living room, three bedrooms, an American kitchen, two bathrooms and a terrace. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: furniture, modern appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. Central air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The house has a Finnish sauna (paid) and a heated pool. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are about 100 meters away. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: 300 meters to the «Consum» supermarket, 400 meters to «Masymas», 100 meters to bars and restaurants. The nearest bank is 250 meters away. There is a 24 hour pharmacy on the next street. Accommodation option for up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
