We offer for tourist rent an apartment with one bedroom within walking distance from the sea and the beach. The 42 m2 apartment consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The balcony has outdoor furniture. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: within a radius of 150 meters there are two supermarkets and a Russian store, several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The sea and the city beach of Los Locos are only 400 meters away! Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
