The 79 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a glazed balcony. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. At a distance of 450 meters there are supermarkets "Consum" and "Merkadona", the Russian store "Kalinka" is only 200 meters away! The nearest bar is only 30 meters away, there are many restaurants in the surrounding streets. The city bus station is 500 meters away. To the city beach of Del Cura 550 meters, to the beach of Los Locos 800 meters. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
