We offer for tourist rent a two-storey villa with a swimming pool and a large green area 400 meters from the sea. The villa consists of two salons, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, three bathrooms, a glazed terrace, a balcony, two solariums. The house has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. Central air conditioning, Spanish TV, wireless internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: 200 meters away is the supermarket "Consum", the nearest cafe is 50 meters away. The sea is 400 meters away, but Los Locos beach itself is about 650 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 7 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only in open areas!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 1000 euros is paid.
