We offer for rent a cozy two-bedroom apartment in an area with developed infrastructure and within walking distance from the sea and the beach! The apartment of 72 m2 consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a side sea view. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: new furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker and a toaster), dishes, linens and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning, there is outdoor furniture on the balcony. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. There is a parking space in the underground garage and swimming pool. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. In the area of 150 meters there are many cafes and bars. Supermarket "Masymas" is located next to the entrance, 350 meters to a 24-hour pharmacy. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are only 250 meters away! Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
