We offer for rent a cozy bright studio apartment in the city center! The 36 m2 apartment consists of a living room combined with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. There is everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. Installed air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The network supermarket "ALDI" is located 250 meters, "Consum" 350 meters. The nearest bar is less than 50 meters away! To the sea and Acequion beach a little more than 1 kilometer, to Del Cura beach about one and a half kilometers. Accommodation option - 2 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
