The 52 m2 apartment consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with outdoor furniture. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living and recreation: new furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker and a dishwasher), dishes, linens and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The nearest bar is 50 meters away. Bus station 650 meters. To the supermarket "Masymas" 250 meters, to the round-the-clock pharmacy 120 meters. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are only 120 meters away! Accommodation option - up to three people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
