The 58 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a glazed balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. The salon has air conditioning. There is a ceiling fan on the balcony. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. Underground parking space available. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. Supermarket «Consum» is only 150 meters away! «Mercadona» supermarket is 450 meters away. The closest bar is 100 meters away. To the sea and Del Cura beach about 1 km. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is strictly prohibited!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
