There is everything necessary for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The studio has air conditioning. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Consum supermarket is 200 meters away, the pharmacy is 150 meters away, the ATM is 250 meters away. The nearest bars and restaurants are 50 meters away. The sea and the popular Del Cura beach are only 200 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
