We offer for tourist rental a one-bedroom apartment within walking distance from the sea and the beach! The apartment has an area of 65 m2 and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The nearest grocery store is only 50 meters away, the «Consum» supermarket is 300 meters away. The nearest restaurant is only 40 meters away! The sea and Los Locos beach are less than 100 meters away! There are also many bars and restaurants along the coast. Accommodation option – up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10:00-15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
