We offer for tourist rental apartments in the urbanization with a swimming pool "Jardín Del Mar XII" in the area of the Carrefour commercial center. The apartment has an area of 55 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the terrace. The salon is equipped with air conditioning, the bedrooms have ceiling fans. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Hiperber supermarket is 350 meters away, the Carrefour shopping center and the Mercadona supermarket are approximately 550 meters away. In the same radius there are cafes, restaurants and a fitness center. One and a half kilometers away is the famous pink salt lake of Torrevieja. The sea and all city beaches are located at a distance of approximately 2.5 - 3 km. Accommodation option – up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
