We offer for rent a two-bedroom apartment in the new building “Residencial Alegría XII” a few steps from the sea and the beach. The apartment has an area of 90 m2 and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an American-style kitchen and a balcony overlooking the sea. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, wireless Internet. There is a parking space in the underground garage. Spanish television. The sea, a beautiful promenade for walking and Los Locos beach is literally across the street. The complex has an indoor swimming pool and a Finnish sauna (sauna service is paid!). There is a supermarket and many bars and cafes within walking distance from the building. Accommodation option – up to 4 people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
