We offer for tourist rental a duplex in an urbanization with a swimming pool and its own green area. The apartment has an area of 87 meters and consists of a living room with a real fireplace, a French-style kitchen and a toilet on the lower floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath on the upper floor. There is also a private solarium with outdoor furniture and a glassed-in terrace. There is everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has well-developed infrastructure. «Mercadona» supermarket is approximately 500 meters away. There are also cafes and bars there. The sea and La Mata beach are approximately 1.5 km away. Accommodation option – up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only in the solarium!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
