We offer for rent a three-bedroom apartment in the “Parquemar IV” residence in La Mata, within walking distance of the sea and the beach. The apartment is 82 m2 and consists of a living room, three bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, two bathrooms, a glazed balcony with a dining area and a terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. The apartment has everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker and microwave), dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room has air conditioning. The bedrooms have ceiling fans. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The residence in which the apartment is located has its own territory with a large swimming pool. The sea and the beach are only 550 meters away! There are several bars and restaurants within a radius of 300 meters. The nearest supermarket is "DIAL PRIX" – 500 m. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the terrace! Fine for violation - 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros is charged for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
