We offer a two-bedroom flat for rent in an area with developed infrastructure within walking distance from the sea and the popular Del Kura city beach! The 45 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom, and a glazed balcony. Everything necessary for living and relaxation is provided: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), kitchenware, bed linen, and towels. There is summer furniture on the balcony. The living room has an air conditioner. Spanish television and wireless internet are available. An underground parking space is provided. The area has excellent infrastructure: hospitable bars and restaurants are nearby, a pharmacy is within walking distance, and the Consum supermarket is approximately 300 metres away. The sea and popular city beach are about 500 metres down the street! Accommodation option for up to 5 people (no pets allowed!). Smoking is prohibited! Smoking fine – 200 euros!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros will be charged for check-in or check-out outside the company/office working hours, on Sundays, weekends, and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros must be paid upon check-in.
