We offer for tourist rent a cozy bright studio within walking distance from the sea and the beach. The area of the apartment is 35 m2. There is everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The supermarket "Consum" is 400 meters away. The sea and the beach Los Locos are 200 meters away. There are a huge number of bars and restaurants with a variety of cuisines on the coast. Accommodation option - 2 people (strictly no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. The fine for violation is 200 euros!

Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and public holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is payable upon check-in.
