We offer for tourist rent a one-bedroom apartment in the new modern complex "Residencial Alegría XVII" within walking distance of the sea and the beach. The apartment is 47 m2 and consists of a living room, bedroom, American-style kitchen, bathroom and balcony. There is everything you need for comfortable living and rest: furniture, household appliances (including a dishwasher and coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning, works on "heat-cold". Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The complex has a swimming pool, access to a solarium with a barbecue area and a Finnish sauna (sauna services are not included in the rental price and are paid separately!). The area has well-developed infrastructure. The Mercadona supermarket is 300 meters away, and the Russian store Kalinka is 100 meters away. The nearest restaurant is 200 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are 400 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony (for violation - a fine of 200 euros!).
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sunday, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros is charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
