This spacious apartment is for rent, located 300 meters from the popular Del Cura beach. The 98-square-meter apartment consists of a living room, three bedrooms, an American kitchen, and two bathrooms. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities: furniture, appliances (including a coffee maker and dishwasher), bed linens, and towels. It also features Spanish TV and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is available only in the living room. Two of the three bedrooms have ceiling fans. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people (no pets allowed!). Its convenient location allows you to enjoy both a beach holiday with sea and sunbathing, as well as strolls through the city streets, which are lined with numerous bars and cafes. Within walking distance are a large Manper supermarket (300 meters), a bus station, and the main street of the city, Ramon Gayud, with restaurants (the nearest is 100 meters away), shops, and boutiques. Smoking is permitted only on the open balcony. Violation of this rule carries a fine of €200!
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. An additional fee of €20 applies for check-in or check-out outside of company/office hours, Sundays, weekends, and public holidays. Office hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and closed on Sundays. A €200 deposit is required upon check-in.
