We offer for tourist rent an apartment with one bedroom in an area with developed infrastructure and within walking distance from the sea and two beaches. The 48 m2 apartment consists of a living room, a bedroom, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: furniture, household appliances, dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The balcony has outdoor furniture. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The supermarket "Consum" is only 100 meters away, the store of Russian products is 200 meters away. The sea and two city beaches, Los Locos and Del Cura, are 500 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (it is strictly forbidden to stay with animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
