We offer for tourist rental a cozy one-bedroom apartment within walking distance from the sea and the beach! The apartment has an area of 54 m2 and consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Air conditioning is installed in the living room and bedroom. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure: the «Consum» supermarket and the Russian store «Kalinka» are 250 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. City bus station 600 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are only 150 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 3 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
