The apartment has an area of 103 m2 and consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a separate kitchen, two bathrooms and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioning is installed in the salon. Floor fans are provided for the bedrooms. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. Mercadona supermarket is 120 meters away. The city bus station and public transport stop are literally across the road - just 50 meters. The nearest bars and restaurants are within a radius of 200 meters. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are only 500 meters away! Accommodation option – up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony!
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
