We offer for tourist rental a two-bedroom apartment in the “Aldea Del Mar” urbanization with swimming pools and a green recreation area. The apartment has an area of 63 m2 and consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a large terrace. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and relaxation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Central air conditioning. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. The urbanization has a beautiful green area with a swimming pool. Access to the pool IS PAID. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The “Consum” supermarket is 250 meters away. The nearest bar is just 150 meters away, and there are many other restaurants within walking distance. The sea and the popular Los Locos Beach are 300 meters away. Accommodation option – up to 6 people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the terrace!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
