We offer for rent an apartment in an area with developed infrastructure within walking distance from the sea and the popular city beach. The 61 m2 apartment consists of a living room, two bedrooms, an American-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon has air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. To the Russian store "Kalinka" 200 meters, to the supermarket "Mercadona" 350 meters. The bus station is 250 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. To the sea and Del Cura beach 350 meters. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (strictly without animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
