We offer for tourist rent an apartment with one bedroom in an area with developed infrastructure and within walking distance from the sea and the beach! The 65 m2 apartment consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and balcony with side sea view. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and recreation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, linens and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning. TV Spanish, wireless Internet. The area has a well-developed infrastructure. The nearest bar is less than 50 meters away. Bus station 600 meters. To the supermarket "Consum" 250 meters, to the round-the-clock pharmacy 80 meters. The sea and the popular city beach of Del Cura are only 170 meters away! Accommodation option - up to four people (no animals!). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The process of check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday and from 14:00 to 15:00 Saturdays.. Check out is from 09:00 until 11:00. Output or input outside office hours, Sunday, weekends and bank holidays has an extra charge of 20 euros. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturdays 10: 00-15: 00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
