The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living and relaxation: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. Air conditioners are installed in the living room and one of the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a wall fan. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. There is an underground parking space. The «Mercadona» supermarket is 200 meters away, and the Russian «Kalinka» store is 150 meters away. The city bus station and public transport stop are only 100 meters away. The nearest bars and restaurants are within a radius of 200 meters. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are only 500 meters away! Accommodation option - up to 6 people (no pets!). Smoking is allowed only on the open balcony! Fine for violation 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros is charged for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
