The apartment has an area of 90 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a French kitchen and a balcony with frontal sea views. The apartment has everything you need for living and recreation: furniture, household electrical appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The salon is equipped with air conditioning. Spanish TV (TVs in the living room and in one of the bedrooms), wireless Internet. There is summer furniture on the balcony. Accommodation option - up to 4 people (no animals!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! The sea and the city beach are literally across the street! There are many bars and restaurants along the coast. Supermarkets “Consum” are 400 and 600 meters away. A city bus stop is a few steps away.
Check-in to the property is from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out is from 09:00 to 11:00. For check-in or check-out outside company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays, an additional fee of 20 euros will be charged. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. Upon check-in, a deposit of 200 euros is paid.
