We offer for tourist rent a two-level apartment with three bedrooms within walking distance of the sea and the beach. The apartment is 104 m2 and consists of a living room, a bedroom, a French-style kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony on the first level. On the second level there are two bedrooms, a second bathroom and a balcony. There is everything you need for living and relaxing: furniture, household appliances (including a coffee maker), dishes, bed linen and towels. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Spanish TV, wireless Internet. Both balconies have summer furniture. The house has a swimming pool. The area has well-developed infrastructure. The supermarket "Consum" is 400 meters away, the Russian store "Kalinka" is 300 meters away. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bus station is about 500 meters away. The sea and the popular city beach Del Cura are about 600 meters away. Accommodation option - up to 6 people (no pets!). Smoking is allowed only on the balcony! Fine for violation - 200 euros!
Check-in from 15:00 to 19:00. Check-out from 09:00 to 11:00. An additional fee of 20 euros is charged for check-in or check-out outside of company/office working hours, Sundays, weekends and holidays. Office hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 15:00, Sunday - closed. A deposit of 200 euros is paid upon check-in.
