Description of the accommodation

Apartment for rent with wifi, barbecue and close to the beach on the Costa Brava. Near Mas Pinell beach on the first floor, fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. Located in a residential and quiet area by the sea. The accommodation is 50 m² with a beautiful communal and fenced garden with barbecues, tables and chairs, ideal for reading, connecting to the Internet (WIFI zone) and enjoying with family. It has garden furniture on the terrace, 1 TV with USB and ASTRA satellite (languages: Spanish, English, German, French). One bedroom is equipped with bunk beds and the other with a double bed (160x200). The American kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, crockery / cutlery, utensils / kitchen, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto) and toaster . The bathroom is with shower. There is a communal washing machine which works with tokens which can be purchased at reception. It is easy to park for free in front of the building (outdoors), even in summer. The building does not have an elevator. It is located 80 meters from the beach and is located in a quiet area of the Mas Pinell urbanization.
