To rent this house with swimming pool near the sea in Costa Brava. Spacious house with 3 bedrooms for 6 people. House with private garden and community pool on the second line of the beach in the Mas Pinell urbanization. The house, comfortable and fully equipped, consists of 120 m² and has a beautiful view of the sea and the swimming pool with community garden. It is located just 30 meters from the beach, in the Mas Pinell urbanization. . The House is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room which shares space with the dining room, and where there is a pleasant fireplace and the TV (only Spanish TV) and DVD. The living room communicates with the private terrace/garden, BBQ and fenced. The kitchen, fully equipped and with dishwasher; there is also a small toilet on this floor. The staircase has handrails for better safety. Upstairs there are two bedrooms (4 single beds), a bathroom with shower suitable for the elderly and people with reduced mobility. A third double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and a small balcony. There is also a second terrace under the roof of the house (on the third floor) available for your sunbathing. The house has a small garage where the washing machine is, but it cannot be used as a garage for the car. However, it is easy to park in front of the house. Mas Pinell is a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia, located near the villages of Torroella de Montgrí, L'Estartit and Pals. Mas Pinell is a large and quiet residential area, isolated from the hustle and bustle of the population, which has a long beach overlooking the Medes Islands, where you will find the peace that we seek for their holidays.
