It is located 30 meters from the beach in a quiet area, in the Mas Pinell urbanization. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the living room with heating and air conditioning, fireplace, TV (Spanish), WiFi and exit to the private garden terrace (fenced and private) with parasol and garden furniture and barbecue. The independent kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery / cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, blender and toaster. There is a WC on this floor.
